Super easy pace again. I also biked pretty hard around Farmers loop from dad's house. It was about 16+ total. It was nice and hot and sunny. Fun biking around the loop, but was definetly tired toward the end. Such a different feeling than running.

Easy pace in Fairbanks with my buddy Charlie Mahlen. 80 degrees out.

Easy pace in Fairbanks.
I saw a physical therapist about my ankle this morning. Since flat and easy running seems to be fine, that I should go ahead and do it. We are going to work on getting the flexibility back in my ankle, so it doesn't flare up. I hope these exercises help. I want to start training for some races this August and september.
