Woke up and ran around 9am.  Still really cold outside and I didn't want to bother with it.  My first 5 miles were easy around 7 min. pace.  Then I ran the next 4 at (5:52, 5:44, 5:39, 5:30) and it felt very comfortable  almost too easy.  1 mile cool down. Pretty good shape right  now for just running nothing specific.

An easy 7 miles after wrestling practice today. Felt good.

-2 degrees at the start.  I forgot what it was like running in cold weather.  It took a few miles to warm up and not feel the cold.  Ran my Boston prep route.  Felt pretty strong and ran somewhat easy.  Started at 7:30 pace and progressed down to 6:30 pace.

Woke up early to get my run in before the kids woke up.  It was dark when I started but started getting light half way through.  It wasn't that cold, but a cool brisk head wind in parts of run. Started easy, but progressed down to 6:30 pace.  Felt good.  HAPPY THANKSGIVING!  I'm gonna try not to eat a ton of food today.

Got it in during lunch today.  Felt great and wish I had time to run longer.  Looking forward to the next 4 days, so I can get outside and run longer.

Felt good on the treadmill today.  Started at 7:30 pace, but progressed down to 5:52 pace.  Next chapter begins.

Ran after practice today. Went to Dearmoun and back.  Felt pretty good, but footing isn't the best on sidewalks right now.  A little mushy.

I ran my south loop.  I felt good, but tired from the past 3 days with wrestling.  Plus, the sidewalks weren't plowed so kinda had to work harder.  It's good though.

off-  Didn't get home from Palmer tournament until 11:30pm.  Tired.  Team did well though and we took 1st place in the biggest tournament of the season in Alaska.  38 teams.

Great run this morning before work.  Started at 7:30 pace and progressed down to 5:40 pace.  It felt so easy too.  I wish I had time to run another 30-40 minutes.

Was able to get a pretty good night sleep. Nice to be home.  It was about 8 degrees above when I ran, but sunny.  Had a great run today and felt good. Kept it easy.

After wrestling was done today, I was able to jump on the treadmill and run another progressive run before we left for the airport.  Felt good.

Made it to Barrow!  Ran a progressive 9 miles on the treadmill in their weight room.  Real nice school. Treadmill would only go about 6:25 pace at the fastest.  Felt good.

An easy run to Huffman and back before getting things ready for Barrow. Amazing how busy I can get.  Need a slow down.  Thanksgiving week should allow for that.  Felt good running.

I ran my south loop after practice.  I admit it's hard to run after a long day, but once I'm outside running it's the best feeling.  Wore my Nike's with screws and they worked good.  Felt awesome!

off-  Just too much to do.  Snapped my 70+ day running streak, but it's all good right now.

Ran after practice.  It was after 6pm and I'm exhausted, but felt good running and better afterwards.  That's what running can do.

I tried running outside this morning.  It was very icy and slick and I almost bit it a couple times.  Couldn't really even run at an easy pace.  So, after 2.5 miles I decided to finish up on the treadmill.  I kept it at recovery pace the entire time. Felt good.  71 day running streak!

Finally snowing a little outside.  I just decided to get a nice warm run inside my garage.  Started at 7:30 pace and progressed down to 5:46 pace.  Felt super good and it was easy.  Need to drink more on my run though because I sweat so much.

Beautiful cool and sunny day today, but I had to wait until wrestling practice was over.  So I ran outside in the dark, but had a good run.  Ran to Dearmoun and back with extra. Started at 7:20 pace and progressed down to 6:20's.

Have to fit it in when I can.  Ran on treadmill at home.  Felt good, but would rather be running outside when its cool and sunny.

I woke up at 5:30 am to get this one done, since I have a parent meeting after practice today.  I felt good running, but I was really tired.  I had a hard time falling asleep last night. I need better quality sleep.
