Zach wanted to go lift weights today up at South, so I just decided to get my run done on the treadmill at South.  I felt great running.  Started at 7:30 pace and progressed down to 5:40 pace.

Same run as yesterday, but solo.  So, much fun running on these single track mountain bike trails.  The views of the inlet weren't bad either.  Felt pretty good and so nice to run outside!

Proabably one of the coolest/fun runs of the entire year.  Ran out in Kincaid on some awesome single track Mountain Bike trails.  Beautiful view on the inlet and mountains.  I've got to do that run again.  Great company too:)

Ran with Jerry Ross at Hilltop Ski area this morning.  It felt reallly good to be outside this brisk cold morning.  Good to connect with nature.  We kept it really easy and I felt pretty good once I was warmed up.

Reay easy pace to Huffman and back.  Feels so good to be running.  Amazing fall we have been having.  Went on a nice Hike in the evening up by Near Point too.

Nice and easy in Detroit Lake after I got off the plane.  I was tired, but it was nice to get out and run.  I actually was running alond the Dick Beardsley 1/2 marathon course.
