Beautiful sunny day out.  I felt really good running my South loop with some extra to get 10 even.  I started at 7:30 pace and progressively got faster.  Average 6:39 for all 10 miles.  1st week of wrestling in the books.

Progressive 1 hr. run.  Started at 7:40 pace and progressed down to 6:18 pace.  Felt really good.

1st Day of Wrestling Season. This is the time a year I really take a break from training.  I'm gonna do my best to run 40 miles a week during the season.  Here we go!
