Ran my hilly Boston prep route for the last time before Boston. Average 6:32 pace and it felt easy. I'm ready for the marathon!

Ran to Dearmoun and back with the extra loop. Felt good running the striders.

Nice to have this last workout done. I felt strong, but it was a little windy out and my arms were freezing. Temp was about 35 degrees out.

Nice and easy miles on the treadmill during lunch. Snowed again last night.

Ran the south loop today @ 6:30 pace. Felt so easy and I was just rollin along. Some little snow flurries as I ran.

I went for a nice 30 min. walk outside to get the legs moving a little.
