Easy run before work. Kept waking up last night with a sore throat. I feel like I'm gonna get sick.

14 miles (4am/10pm with 5+ @ Tempo)
Easy 4 miles at recovery pace before work. Felt good.
I ran with Jerry and Todd's training group at the dome tonight. It is so nice to run tempo with a solid group of 4 guys tonight. (Ryan Beckett, Corbyn Jahn, can't remember, and myself). We took turns sharing the lead every 2 laps. It was progressive from 5:44 pace down to 5:30 pace at the dome.
3.5 mile warm-up w/ strides
5+ miles of tempo (30 minutes)
1.5 mile cool down.

19 miles (15am/4pm)
I was physically running by 5:30am to get this done before work. I felt good. I started at 7:30 pace and progressed down to sub 6.
Easy 4 miler after school and stretched in the sauna afterwards.

12 miles (7am/5pm)
Both were super easy recovery runs. Made sure to keep it easy after a long run yesterday and higher mileage week.
