First 20 miler of 2011 and Boston Training. Ran the first 13 outside on my Boston prep route and it was -10 outside. Ran the last 7 on my treadmill and progressed down to 6:07 pace. Quality workout and quality week. Took an ice bath afterwards.

Nice and easy on the treadmill after all day wrestling tournament.

Ran my Boston prep route from school.

9 miles w/ 4 @ Tempo (5:52, 5:50, 5:48, 5:48)
Ran at the Dome. Warm up 3 miles, 4 miles of tempo, 2 mile cool down.

Ran it all on the treadmill at work. Boring and mentally tough.
