Ran with Alan Stoll and Jeff Heuseveldt this morning. Took off from the dome and ran to Earthquake park and back for 12.25 miles. Did the last 8 miles in the dome. Progressively picked up the pace. Last 4 miles were:

6:06, 5:57, 5:54, 5:48.

8 miles w/ 8 X 100m striders

Ran on the treadmill. Felt good to run the striders too.

Ran my Boston Prep in reverse in the am. Some of the sidewalks were bad because snow got blown off the road onto the sidewalks. Made for some difficult running. Nice and easy on the treadmill after wrestling practice.

Nice and easy on the mille.

Ran this at the dome.

3 mile warm-up
5 miles at tempo (5:45, 5:45, 5:41, 5:40, 5:39)
3 mile cool down


Good effort today. 5 miles straight with no rest on tempo. Felt easier than my last tempo workout and it was a mile longer and faster. Must be getting in shape.

Ran my boston prep run in reverse and added a 3 mile loop to get 15. Felt good.
