Met at the Dome and did 16 outside and 5 in the dome. Felt really good. Didn't tire too much at the end.

Easy recovery run on the treadmill.

With all the ice and flooding on the streets and being tired of the treadmill I went to the sports dome. I had a great workout. Last 5 miles were close to marathon pace.

4 miles pm- recovery
I did a double today. Nice and super easy on both runs.

I did the whole workout on my treadmill. Ice Rink outside. Felt awesome though. I think I kicked the bug I had!

10 miles (4 miles at half marathon pace) 6:00, 6:00, 5:56, 5:56.
Did the workout on the treadmill. 3 mile warm-up, 4 miles (6:00, 6:00, 5:56, 5:56), 3 miles at 7min. pace. Felt really good to go a little faster today.

I did today's workout on the treadmill. Easy pace and I hope I'm getting over this flu bug.
