I believe I'm almost over this sickness. I ran my Boston route today and added 1 mile. Felt pretty strong at the end, but tired. Averaged 7 min. flat pace, but the effort was much faster. Huffman hill, snow, ice bug shoes, lots of clothes, etc..

off- got sick. Not cool. Usually I can run, but wasn't happening today. Had guests too.

Had an upset stomach all day so I ran super easy. Felt okay running. Ran to Huffman and back.

I ran my Boston prep route. Felt pretty good. Even going up Huffman hill. The weather was good at 30 above. Added a mile at the end to get an even 13. Took an ice bath too.

Ran to Dearmoun and back with an extra loop. The weather was great. About 30 degrees above. A little under the weather right now, but felt fine running. Hope the warm temps stick around.

Met at Skinny Raven with their training group. Jerry Ross, John Clark, Jeff Heuseveldt, Monica Ross, and Ian Rhude ran together most of the way. It was nice running in a group. I felt okay. Tired toward the end. Legs just not use to the long run yet. 1 week in the books.

Snowed a lot today, but the city did a good job getting the sidewalks on Lake Otis cleared. I ran the first 8 miles outside and then jumped immediately on my treadmill for the last 4 miles. Yes, I was a little tired toward the end.
